My preferred method of payment is PayPal. I offer a fully secure online ordering system through PayPal which allows you to pay using your credit card or by eCheck or bank transfer. You don't even need a PayPal account to use it. Just click on the "Buy Now" button on each bear's page and you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to complete your transaction.

How to adopt on layaway...
I fully understand that teddy bear collecting can be very costly. Therefore, I offer a two month layaway plan to help my customers obtain that special bear speaking to them. If you choose to use this option, please contact me first to let me know you would like to adopt on layaway. Do not use the 'Buy Now' button. You can email me at email@example.com
~50% down at the time of purchase with the remaining balance due in 30 days.
A PayPal invoice will be sent to you for one half the cost of the item plus shipping. The second invoice will be sent for the remaining amount one month from the time of purchase.
• No bears will be shipped until the balance is paid in full.
• No refunds are given if layaway is canceled by the customer.
• If for any reason a customer does not pay the balance on the due date the bear goes back up for adoption with no refunds.
Another option is to purchase your bear using PayPal Credit. This option may be more appealing and the bear ships immediately. PayPal Credit allows for monthly payments up to six months.
Q: Do you accept custom orders or commissions?
After much consideration, I have decided that I can no longer take custom orders at this time. Please consider joining my mailing list to be notified when I have new bears available for adoption.
Q: What are your shipping terms?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the US. Orders placed outside the US will be shipped USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International. Insurance and signature are required on all purchases since I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
International delivery prices vary greatly. Shipping charges for these orders will be estimated upon request. Insurance and full value declaration are required. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the delivery charge.
Q: Do you accept returns?
I hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you must return a bear, please contact me within two days of receipt. The bear must be returned fully insured in it's original packaging and in new condition at your expense. I will refund your purchase price (not including shipping charges) once I receive the bear.
